Ashley France joined IBP as an Account Manager in 2011. She brings over 10 years of experience in compliance regulation, planning and management for small and large professional meetings, including regional and national conferences, training workshops, and virtual programming. Ashley is highly organized and detail-oriented with an exceptional ability to multi-task and oversee client projects from initial planning to successful implementation.
Prior to joining the IBP team, Ashley worked as an Account Sales Representative for Stryker in the medical and surgical device division, with a book of business consisting of 20+ medical institutions. She also served as a Project Director at a medical communications agency.
Ashley graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Public Relations. She enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga, and giving back to her Tampa Bay community through volunteer work and supporting local businesses.
