Chris Brine

President
Boulder, CO

Chris has more than 15 years of diverse pharmaceutical industry experience. During that time, he has consulted on and participated in more than 10 successful product launches. Prior to starting IBP in 2009, he served in several roles at Abbott Laboratories including as a Product Manager, Sales Trainer, Content Manager, and Sales Representative. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Marietta College.

Sarah Flynn

Executive Director, Account Management
Bridgewater, NJ

Since her arrival as a founding employee in 2011, she has helped shape the company through the implementation and management of numerous medical education initiatives with various clients across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Sarah’s stellar track record of strategically developing effective content, and executing hundreds of live meetings and Webinars for her clients ensures her success in recruiting top key opinion leaders and influencers to maximize attendance and communication optimization. Her drive to succeed on behalf of her clients is second to none.

In her 14 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and health care industry, Sarah has held leadership positions in both Client Services and Marketing and enjoys managing brands at all stages from market development through lifecycle management within North America and globally.

As a travel enthusiast, Sarah, her husband, and their four-legged child plan their holidays in order to enjoy sports in the great outdoors.

Sara Holt

Executive Director, Client Operations
Philadelphia, PA

Sara has 7+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently managing client projects from implementation through successful execution. She continues to establish relationships with KOLs, develop strategic initiatives, execute product launches, and conduct speaker trainings. Sara holds her MS in Sport Management from the University of Florida and a BA from the University of Northern Iowa in Public Relations with an emphasis in Business Communications.

On weekends, you’ll find Sara with her family at the soccer fields, watching gymnastics, and on the basketball court. She enjoys running and spending time in the Texas sunshine.

Ashley France

Director, Association Management
Tampa, FL

Ashley France joined IBP as an Account Manager in 2011. She brings over 10 years of experience in compliance regulation, planning and management for small and large professional meetings, including regional and national conferences, training workshops, and virtual programming. Ashley is highly organized and detail-oriented with an exceptional ability to multi-task and oversee client projects from initial planning to successful implementation.

Prior to joining the IBP team, Ashley worked as an Account Sales Representative for Stryker in the medical and surgical device division, with a book of business consisting of 20+ medical institutions. She also served as a Project Director at a medical communications agency.

Ashley graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Public Relations. She enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga, and giving back to her Tampa Bay community through volunteer work and supporting local businesses.

Angela Galane, CMP-HC

Senior Manager, Meetings & Compliance
Jacksonville, FL

Angela joined IBP in August 2026, bringing 13+ years of experience leading meetings and events, including 4 years in healthcare and life sciences programming. She has worked with associations and non-profits in life sciences, specializing in advisory boards, conferences, and event activations. Angela believes every event tells a story. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Event Management from UCF and is CMP-HC certified, a credential recognizing expertise in healthcare meeting compliance.

Angela lives in Jacksonville, FL, with her dog, Stella, her favorite adventure buddy. She loves to travel, and enjoys yoga, reading, and self-care.

Nicole Gonzalez

Associate Director, Account Management
Atlanta, Georgia

Nicole has over 10 years’ experience working with pharmaceutical companies in the planning, execution and strategic management of peer-to-peer marketing initiatives.  Nicole enjoys partnering with clients to develop and manage tactical plans that will deliver superior medical and health education to their target audience.

She has successfully lead multidisciplinary project teams from inception to completion, including: speaker bureaus, advisory boards, product theaters, industry symposiums and virtual programming.

Nicole received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

Christine Canevari

Associate Director, Business Operations
Boston, Massachusetts

Christine joined IBP in 2017 with a 15-year history of professional event management and marketing. She brings with her a keen eye for detail, a knack for building relationships across the globe, and a talent for creative communications. Christine holds a B.S. degree from Johnson & Wales University in the field of Hospitality.

Outside of the office, Christine can be found spending time with her three kids skiing, on the softball field, and sharing her passion for health, wellness, wine and food with good friends.

Maggie Kincaid

Account Manager
Jacksonville, Florida

Maggie Kincaid joined IBP as an Account Manager in 2017. She brings over 10-years of experience in project development, contracting, marketing, planning and management of small to large association regional and national conferences.

Prior to joining the IBP Team, Maggie worked as the Associate Director of Events at an Association Management Company. She led a team that successfully planned and executed over 15 meetings a year.

She holds a BA from Loyola University of New Orleans  in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Psychology.

On the Weekends, you will find Maggie at the beach playing volleyball, watching her two children play soccer, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Tessa Eberle

Digital Communications Manager
Paso Robles, CA
Tessa joined Innovative BioPharma in 2026, bringing with her more than a decade of experience in communications, marketing, and public relations across healthcare, government, and the wine industry. Her core competencies include public relations, copywriting, media relations, content management, social media strategy, and digital marketing. She has a talent for transforming complex topics into clear, compelling content and a proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing strategies with creativity and precision. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Ancient History from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Edith Cowan University.

Outside of work, Tessa can be found exploring the vineyards and scenic beauty of Paso Robles, CA, enjoying the Central Coast lifestyle with her winemaker husband, her two children, and her English Labrador.

Amanda Cooper

Client Services
Tampa, Florida

Amanda joined IBP in 2016 providing support to our Account Managers while developing and maintaining on-going relationships with account contacts, vendors, and medical writers. Prior to joining the IBP team, Amanda worked in the printing and promotional products industry doing account management.

She holds a BS in Management from the University of South Florida. In her free time Amanda enjoys watching her son play baseball, traveling, paddle boarding and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to be a part of the IBP team.

Ken has more than 20 years of experience writing scientific papers for peer-reviewed journals, continuing medical education materials, medical textbook updates, research summaries and reports for lay audiences, and executive summaries. Ken has extensive experience in oncology, neurology, neuroscience and psychiatry, diabetes, gastroenterology, virology, cardiology, nephrology, hepatology, and more.

Kristina Woodworth, BSC

Medical Writer
Whitehouse Station, New Jersey

Kristina delivers unique insight into the communications needs of pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners, balanced with a passion to create valuable, clinically applicable, and unbiased content for medical professionals. Kristina specializes in product monographs, continuing medical education monographs, sales training materials, medicine and science journalism and literature reviews and analysis. She brings more than 25 years of experience in viral diagnostics, high throughput molecular technologies, automated pharmacy platforms, and pharmaceutical-related content development.

Emily Kuhl, PhD

Medical Writer
Alexandria, Virginia

Emily has over 17 years’ experience in medical writing, editing, and strategic healthcare communications planning for a wide variety of audiences. Her unique background and training includes that of a clinical psychologist specializing in the care of medical populations, a behavioral health researcher in cardiology and oncology, and a journalist at a daily newspaper in suburban Washington, D.C. She previously served as the Senior Science Writer at the American Psychiatric Association, where she was the lead writer and text editor for the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition.

Top
