Chris has more than 15 years of diverse pharmaceutical industry experience. During that time, he has consulted on and participated in more than 10 successful product launches. Prior to starting IBP in 2009, he served in several roles at Abbott Laboratories including as a Product Manager, Sales Trainer, Content Manager, and Sales Representative. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Marietta College.
Since her arrival as a founding employee in 2011, she has helped shape the company through the implementation and management of numerous medical education initiatives with various clients across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Sarah’s stellar track record of strategically developing effective content, and executing hundreds of live meetings and Webinars for her clients ensures her success in recruiting top key opinion leaders and influencers to maximize attendance and communication optimization. Her drive to succeed on behalf of her clients is second to none.
In her 14 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and health care industry, Sarah has held leadership positions in both Client Services and Marketing and enjoys managing brands at all stages from market development through lifecycle management within North America and globally.
As a travel enthusiast, Sarah, her husband, and their four-legged child plan their holidays in order to enjoy sports in the great outdoors.

Sara has 7+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently managing client projects from implementation through successful execution. She continues to establish relationships with KOLs, develop strategic initiatives, execute product launches, and conduct speaker trainings. Sara holds her MS in Sport Management from the University of Florida and a BA from the University of Northern Iowa in Public Relations with an emphasis in Business Communications.
On weekends, you’ll find Sara with her family at the soccer fields, watching gymnastics, and on the basketball court. She enjoys running and spending time in the Texas sunshine.
Ashley France joined IBP as an Account Manager in 2011. She brings over 10 years of experience in compliance regulation, planning and management for small and large professional meetings, including regional and national conferences, training workshops, and virtual programming. Ashley is highly organized and detail-oriented with an exceptional ability to multi-task and oversee client projects from initial planning to successful implementation.
Prior to joining the IBP team, Ashley worked as an Account Sales Representative for Stryker in the medical and surgical device division, with a book of business consisting of 20+ medical institutions. She also served as a Project Director at a medical communications agency.
Ashley graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Public Relations. She enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga, and giving back to her Tampa Bay community through volunteer work and supporting local businesses.
Nicole has over 10 years’ experience working with pharmaceutical companies in the planning, execution and strategic management of peer-to-peer marketing initiatives. Nicole enjoys partnering with clients to develop and manage tactical plans that will deliver superior medical and health education to their target audience.
She has successfully lead multidisciplinary project teams from inception to completion, including: speaker bureaus, advisory boards, product theaters, industry symposiums and virtual programming.
Nicole received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
Christine joined IBP in 2017 with a 15-year history of professional event management and marketing. She brings with her a keen eye for detail, a knack for building relationships across the globe, and a talent for creative communications. Christine holds a B.S. degree from Johnson & Wales University in the field of Hospitality.
Outside of the office, Christine can be found spending time with her family, on the softball field and sharing her passion for health, wellness, wine and food with good friends.
Maggie Kincaid joined IBP as an Account Manager in 2017. She brings over 10-years of experience in project development, contracting, marketing, planning and management of small to large association regional and national conferences.
Prior to joining the IBP Team, Maggie worked as the Associate Director of Events at an Association Management Company. She led a team that successfully planned and executed over 15 meetings a year.
She holds a BA from Loyola University of New Orleans in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Psychology.
On the Weekends, you will find Maggie at the beach playing volleyball, watching her two children play soccer, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Amanda joined IBP in 2016 as an Associate Account Manager. She provides support to our Account Managers while developing and maintaining on-going relationships with account contacts, vendors, and medical writers. Prior to joining the IBP team, Amanda worked in the printing and promotional products industry doing account management.
She holds a BS in Management from the University of South Florida. In her free time Amanda enjoys watching her son play baseball, traveling, paddle boarding and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to be a part of the IBP team.
Shari joined IBP in August 2016. She provides support to our Account Managers while developing and maintaining on-going relationships with account contacts, vendors, and medical writers. Among other projects, she manages the contractual process to ensure FMVs, CRFs and our advisors paperwork is completed.
Prior to beginning at IBP, Shari worked as an Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Assistant in the educational field for over 20 years. Shari enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially watching her son Dylan play soccer and basketball. She also enjoys photography and exercising. Shari is excited to be part of the IBP team.
Ken has more than 20 years of experience writing scientific papers for peer-reviewed journals, continuing medical education materials, medical textbook updates, research summaries and reports for lay audiences, and executive summaries. Ken has extensive experience in oncology, neurology, neuroscience and psychiatry, diabetes, gastroenterology, virology, cardiology, nephrology, hepatology, and more.
Kristina delivers unique insight into the communications needs of pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners, balanced with a passion to create valuable, clinically applicable, and unbiased content for medical professionals. Kristina specializes in product monographs, continuing medical education monographs, sales training materials, medicine and science journalism and literature reviews and analysis. She brings more than 25 years of experience in viral diagnostics, high throughput molecular technologies, automated pharmacy platforms, and pharmaceutical-related content development.
Taylor has more than 15 years of experience writing for medical promotions and continuing medical education initiatives. Taylor has initiated and executed dozens of projects in live, print, and digital formats. His expertise in managing publication plans, coupled with his experience working in various therapeutic specialties, contributes to his passion for designing compelling, effective program content. His previous projects include games, videos, websites, interactive presentations, e-books, print materials and live presentations, among others.
Thea is a highly qualified medical and regulatory writer with experience at every level of science, from laboratory research and product development to large-scale regulatory submission, journal publication, and other medical communication projects. Thea’s education and experience as a medical writer are best suited to projects for physician and scientist audiences in the areas of oncology, neuroscience, ophthalmology, respiratory, immunology, virology, and other related fields.
